200hr Yoga Teacher Training in UK

We are into week two of the UK tribe Yoga Teacher Training Course in Emerson College which is in Forest Row, East Sussex, England

Its been an absolutely wonderful training so far. With just 7 students and 3 main teachers plus a anatomy teachers we have a teacher:student ratio of 1:2. thats luxury for the students but also it is super intense for them. They dont get away with anything as we watch their every move and shape and sculp them into soon to be yoga teachers.

We had a sharing yesterday and its very beautiful to feel the supportive group energy within the group. one of the things that came up was the need for more self study time... its true the timetable is chocablock and what little free time they do get is probably just enough to grab a cup of tea and relax for a spell. well we shuffled the timetable a bit to accommodate the request and they are happily enjoying a prolonged midday break today from 1pm -5pm (usually they return back at 3.15!)

On monday rory trollen kicked but and did his best to awaken the students to all the teachings of the previous week... which seemed to have vanished from their practice. it seemed to do the job and we nearing the end of week two and thereis a remarkable imporovement

for me personally i feel unusually relaxed and easy going. on other trainings like the Tribe 200hr yoga teacher training in goa, India, it all gets a bit hectic and FULL ON. with a group of 6 teacher and up to 28 students it can be very demanding and at times stressy to keep it all together.... but then i also feel that every time i go to Goa i manage to gain more skills in how to organise myself and other and how to relate to and support the students. always a learning experience

ok...gotta dash .. i have the joy of the afternoon off and will visit my sisters in village nearby
